Four people, one design system, and sites that still look right a year after we hand them over. [See Our Work](https://www.flexoraatheme.com/homepage?hsLang=en) [Open Roles](https://www.flexoraatheme.com/about?hsLang=en) [Watch the 2 minute tour](https://vimeo.com/1132122318) What we do ## Design systems for teams who will not have a developer next year. Most sites decay because the people who built them left. We build so that does not matter. ##### Tokens, not decisions Color, type and spacing resolve from one place, so nobody has to remember what the right value was. ##### Breakpoints on purpose Columns, gaps and alignment are set per screen size, so a phone never inherits a desktop grid. ##### Help text that is read Every non-obvious field explains itself, which is why our handover docs are two pages long. How You Have to Work ## Six weeks, then you own it. - Audit and token mapping in week one - Templates built from the module set, not bespoke code - Training and documentation [Read our process](https://www.flexoraatheme.com/lp-lead-generation?hsLang=en) ![modern-house-1](https://www.flexoraatheme.com/hs-fs/hubfs/modern-house/modern-house-1.jpg?width=1600&height=896&name=modern-house-1.jpg) Careers ## Four people.
