Every engagement is one of these three. If yours is not, we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks in.

New builds

A complete site on Flexoraa, from the token layer up. Usually six weeks, including the parts nobody enjoys.

Rescues

A site that four agencies have touched, brought back to one system without starting again from nothing.

Handover

Training and documentation so your team owns the site. This is the one that ends with us leaving.

03 · Handover

The engagement that ends with us gone.

No retainers by default. We train the team, write the documentation, and stop invoicing. If you call us six months later, something in the handover failed.

How an engagement runs

Four stages, no surprises.

A call, not a pitch

Forty five minutes on what you have and what is actually wrong with it. Free, and we will tell you if we are the wrong people.

A written scope

Fixed price, fixed dates, and an explicit list of what is not included. The last part is the one that saves arguments.

Weekly, in the open

You see the real site every Friday, not a slide deck. Changes are cheap in week two and expensive in week six.

Handover, then quiet

Training, documentation, thirty days of questions, and then we get out of the way.
