Three ways that are often faster.

Most questions we get already have a written answer. These three get you there without waiting for us.

Support
Something is broken

Upload errors, a module rendering wrong, a field that will not save. Include the portal ID and we can usually see it ourselves.

Documentation
How do I do X?

Every module has a page listing each field, what it does and what it defaults to. Search there first, it is genuinely complete.

Licensing
Buying for a team

Multi-portal licences, agency terms and invoicing questions. This one reaches a person rather than a form.

Before you write

The five we answer most.

My upload failed with a missing macro error

Almost always the wrong account. The CLI default may not be the portal the theme lives in, so pass the account explicitly on the upload command and it resolves.

Can I edit modules in the Design Manager?

You can, but the next upload from a local copy will overwrite those edits. Fetch first, or keep all changes in one place.

Will an update overwrite my pages?

No. Templates and modules update; the values stored on your pages stay yours. New fields arrive with defaults chosen so nothing already published changes appearance.

Do I need a developer to use this?

Not for building pages. Every non-obvious field carries inline help, and colour and type resolve from theme settings rather than per-module pickers.

What does the licence actually cover?

One portal per licence, unlimited pages, and updates for as long as the theme is maintained. Agencies buying for clients want the multi-portal terms instead.
